YOGA enthusiasts in Manchester are now putting down their mats and abandoning the chilly church hall for Salford Quays with Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga.
SUP Yoga is designed to improve balance by using more of your core muscles to stay on the board and gives a more relaxing experience for yoga-doers.
The SUP yoga class run by Magda Bajer of Love and Do Yoga is the only place offering this new form of exercise in the North West.
Sessions were held at the Quays during the summer, but with winter approaching, they have since moved to an indoor pool at Clarendon Leisure Centre.
Quays News reporter Carlie Foster got on board and tried out the new yoga craze.
