TRAFFORD are looking to build on their victory over rivals Mossley AFC last weekend as they host strugglers Witton Albion at Shawe View on Saturday afternoon (KO 15:00 GMT).

Taking just 10 points from their last five fixtures, Tom Baker’s Trafford side are currently 6th, one place outside of the play-offs in the Evo-Stik League One North table.

They are looking to kick on towards promotion; three points against Witton Albion would certainly boost their  hopes.

However, Albion will be equally as hungry, hoping to improve on their league position as they currently languish 16th.

Trafford’s hopes of victory will be encouraged by Albion’s performances on the road this season, winning just five of their 12 away trips in all competitions.

Last weekend’s scorer for Trafford, midfielder Jack Dorney, will be looking to add to his impressive tally.  Albion, however, are now without loanee forward Liam Davies after he returned to his parent club, Tranmere Rovers, this week.

Provisional Squads:

Trafford FC:  Saunders, Woodford, Caldecott, Gumbs, Granite, Ledson, Rick, Jacobs, Noar, Dorney, Horrocks, Stott, Tuanzebe, Palmer, Lambert, Roberts-Nurse.

Witton Albion:  Garner, Gardner, Parle, Bainbridge, Wilson, Chrisokhou, Sheehan, Garrity, Reeves, Roddan, Andrews, Warbuton, Roberts, Titchener, Salmon, Branker, Brownhill, Hardacre.
