Despite the ‘Hello’ singer’s manager claiming he had used experts to prevent likely or known touts from purchasing tickets, fans are outraged by the rip-off prices on secondary ticketing sites.

Speaking to Music Business Worldwide, Manager Jonathon Dickens said, “This is a show for fans who’ve waited years for Adele to perform. Everyone just wants the best outcome for those fans.”

The most expensive ticket is currently being hosted on EBay by StubHub for a shocking £1999.95

The first batch of tickets went on sale on Friday 4th December at 9am and sold out within a matter of minutes. The tickets originally cost between £38.50 and £104.50, depending on seating.

Fans worked out tickets and travel costs for her Barcelona date would be a cheaper alternative to purchasing from secondary sites.

Less-than-impressed fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment.

If you’re still desperate to find tickets, prices start from slightly more acceptable £159.50 on Ticketmaster partner site GetMeIn.
