US-based artist Bedouine will be performing at the Sacred Trinity Church in Salford this week.

It is the first time Bedouine will be performing at the Sacred Trinity Church and Andy Salmon, Rector of the Sacred Trinity Church, said the event would be a special night.

“It’s a very gentle kind of music, it will sound stunning in our venue. We do loud rock gigs, but this music will speak to people’s souls.”

Bedouine, also known as Azniv Korkejian, is a US-based artist that is originally from Aleppo, Syria. Her parents originate from Armenia.

The artist falls under the genre of alternative/indie, and her style is of a “60s style music with a Brazilian feel”.

The Scared Trinity Chruch in Salford hosts different kinds of events that are unrelated to the topic of religion.

“We run a bar as well, so people can have drinks,” said Andy Salmon.

The gig takes place on Thursday, March 21 at 19:00. Tickets for the event are still available at the price of £13.50.
