Red-hot Salford City will be hoping to stretch their unbeaten run to seven games when they host Bromley at the Peninsula Stadium on Saturday.
Graham Alexander’s side picked up another priceless win at Harrogate Town on Wednesday night to move up to third in the National League table, three points behind leaders Leyton Orient.
Devonte Redmond’s 51st minute penalty was enough to clinch victory against the Yorkshire club, as Nathan Pond and Carl Piergianni once again impressed at centre-back.

The Ammies have now gone six league matches without conceding a goal during a stellar run which has seen them re-enter the race for automatic promotion.
Tyler Forbes, signed on loan from Newport County on Wednesday, could make his debut for the club on Saturday. The 23-year-old right-back played under Graham Alexander at Fleetwood Town and has made 20 appearances at Rodney Parade this season.
Bromley will be looking to secure just their sixth away win of the campaign when they make the long trip from south-east London.
After a poor start to March, the visitors won at doomed Braintree Town last weekend to virtually cement a fifth successive season in the National League.
Neil Smith’s men are unlikely to improve on last season’s ninth-place showing, but with Salford, Orient and Solihull Moors still to play, they will have a huge say in the promotion shake-up.
Key men
On-loan Grimsby striker JJ Hooper is the Ravens’ top scorer, having netted nine in just 15 National League appearances for the club.
Midfielder Frankie Sutherland is the key cog in Bromley’s engine room. The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international has eight goals and three assists this term.
Former Birmingham City and Wolves centre-back Roger Johnson, now 35, joined Bromley in 2017 and adds top-level experience to the Ravens’ backline.
Past meetings
Salford ran out 2-0 winners when the sides met at Hayes Lane in September. Goals from Rory Gaffney and Tom Walker helped extend the Ammies’ excellent start to the season, while Adam Mekki saw red for Bromley.
