De La Salle Juniors Football Club Under-11’s have been crowned champions of the North West Junior Premier League Trophy after a dramatic penalty shoot out victory.
De La Salle will now have the privilege of representing both Salford and the North in the Junior Premier League Nationals in just two weeks time.
The Under-11’s saw off Blackburn Eagles on penalties following a superbly entertaining 5-5 draw in normal time, including a hat-trick from forward Brandon.
The game then went into a dramatic penalty shoot out where DLS converted 4 penalties to 3, securing the trophy and a place in the nationals.
