Salford City will take on Championship giants Leeds United in front of a sold out crowd in what is their first ever fixture in the Carabao Cup.
The game is the first ever meeting of the two teams, with the Football League new boys taking on the former Premier League giants and 1968 League Cup winners.
The game sparks interest across the country with the fierce Manchester United and Leeds rivalry evident, with the class of 92 part-owning the League 2 side.
The fixture will be shown live on SkySports, as well as in front of a sell out crowd at the Peninsula stadium.

Salford come into the game on the back of their first defat of the season, a humbling 2-0 loss at away to Crawley Town.
Salford were outplayed on Saturday in Sussex, cancelling out their superb opening day victory over Stevenage. The Ammies are currently just 2 games into their first ever season in the Football League, and sit 11th in the League 2 table.
Leeds have enjoyed a slightly better start to the new season, securing a superb 1-3 victory over Bristol City on the opening day, followed by a 1-1 draw at home to former European champions Nottingham Forest at the weekend.
The game will be extra special for Salford shot stopper Kyle Letheren. Not only is the Ammies keeper a life long Leeds fan, but his father Glan Letheren played as a goalkeeper for United.
With a sell out crowd expected, Greater Manchester Police have issued the following statement ahead of the historic clash.
Chief Superintendent Stuart Ellison, Match Commander for the Salford City v Leeds United fixture, said: “This Tuesday will see Salford City host Leeds United at the Peninsula Stadium for the first round of the Carabao Cup.
“We have been working closely with both clubs to ensure that everyone can enjoy the game in a competitive but safe environment.
“We expect the city centre and around the stadium to be busier than usual, so if you are travelling then plan your journey in advance and be mindful that it may take longer than usual.
“There will also be a visible police presence at the game and in the city centre prior to the match, so if you have any concerns before, during or after the match then please speak to one of our officers.”
For those of you not lucky enough to have a golden ticket into the match, it will be live on SkySports, kick off 7:45PM.
