Here are some of the Christmas carol services and concerts to enjoy in and around Salford.

Christmas carols have been around for hundreds of years, with many towns and villages creating their own local songs to sing along to.

Carols were composed long before the days of Spotify playlists and radios, so communities would come together to sing in order to enjoy music.

There are few better ways to get into a festive mood than singing around the Christmas tree, so below are some in Salford you can attend:

Sacred Trinity Church Carol Service

Sunday 15th December at 11:15am

The church will be singing lots of traditional Christmas hymns with refreshments such as tea, coffee and mince pies served after the service.
