Salford is on 967 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of ONE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 967, an increase of ONE

BURY: 806, an increase of THREE

BOLTON: 1,045, an increase of ONE

ROCHDALE: 863, an increase of TWO

OLDHAM: 1,139, an increase of ONE

TAMESIDE: 833, an increase of ONE

STOCKPORT: 1,073, an increase of THREE

MANCHESTER: 1,685, an increase of NINE

TRAFFORD: 870, an increase of TWO

WIGAN: 1,230, an increase of NONE
