Salford is on 1,299 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of TWO.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,299, an increase of TWO

BURY: 1,263, an increase of TWO

BOLTON: 1,794, an increase of NINE

ROCHDALE: 1,534, an increase of SIX

OLDHAM: 1,823, an increase of TWELVE

TAMESIDE: 1,499, an increase of THREE

STOCKPORT: 1,618, an increase of FIVE

MANCHESTER: 2,841, an increase of SIX

TRAFFORD: 1,242, an increase of TWO

WIGAN: 2,109, an increase of NONE
