Salford is on 1,394 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of SEVEN.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,394, an increase of SEVEN

BURY: 1,312, an increase of TWO

BOLTON: 1,929, an increase of FIVE

ROCHDALE: 1,801, an increase of EIGHTEEN

OLDHAM: 1,986, an increase of TWENTY FIVE

TAMESIDE: 1,561, an increase of FIVE

STOCKPORT: 1,672, a decrease of SEVEN

MANCHESTER: 3,084, an increase of SIXTEEN

TRAFFORD: 1,334, an increase of SEVENTEEN

WIGAN: 2,155, an increase of FOUR
