Salford has had 1,492 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of TWELVE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,492, an increase of TWELVE

BURY: 1,359, an increase of THREE

BOLTON: 2,010, an increase of EIGHT

ROCHDALE: 1,897, an increase of FIFTEEN

OLDHAM: 2,179, an increase of TWENTY

TAMESIDE: 1,643, an increase of FIVE

STOCKPORT: 1,782, an increase of NINETEEN

MANCHESTER: 3,354, an increase of TWENTY NINE

TRAFFORD: 1,450, an increase of FIVE

WIGAN: 2,191, an increase of SEVEN
