THE third installment of the exclusive Salford City documentary, ‘Class of 92: Full Time‘, aired last night following the success of the original documentary ‘Class of 92: Out Of Their League’.

It was the first time broadcast giants Sky aired the documentary with the series predecessors previously aired on the BBC.

And unlike the last two series, ‘Class of 92: Full Time’ will be spread across three episodes.

As the second series finished with Salford City winning a second promotion, the latest instalment follows Salford City owners Gary and Phil Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt as the football club embarks on their first season in the second tier of non-league football.

The series also features the construction of Salford’s newly renovated Peninsula Stadium, which was opened by Sir Alex Ferguson, the decision to become a full-time club as well as the usual high stakes on and off the pitch.

A few days before airing, Sky released the documentary trailer which received mixed reactions.

However, Salford City FC urged Twitter users to get involved with the #co92fulltime. Take a look at some of the reactions from last nights documentary.

Following on from Sunday’s Manchester derby where Manchester United lost to rivals Manchester City, the documentary gave a reason for fans to feel cheerful.

Class of 92: Full Time is the best way to get an insight to behind the scenes and a day-to-day running of a growing football club.

No doubt football fans alike will be looking forward to the second episode of this third series.

If you missed the documentary then stay tuned on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main event for a replay.
