DUE to adverse, snowy weather conditions, the following schools across Greater Manchester have been closed:

Alder Brook Primary Partnership Center – Salford

Prestwich Arts College – Bury

Crompton Primary School – Oldham

Alexandra Park School – Stockport

Broadfield Primary School – Oldham

Buckton Vale Primary – Tameside

Most bus services will be operating despite the conditions across Manchester today, for more information click here.

There are severe delays on the Metrolink with replacement buses being used to continue the flow of transport.

Bin collections across the area will go ahead as planned, but with slight delays expected.
