Vintage Folk

Salford fans of retro are invited to a vintage fair at the University on the 30th January 2019.

Vintage Folk, a Manchester company supplying vintage clothing, accessories and home-ware, is holding the public sale at Salford University Student Union from 10.30am-4pm.

Buyers track down vintage items from across the globe. According to the brand’s website:

“We travel the world in search of unique vintage items and use our 10+ years of knowledge to bring our customers products with a history and story to tell.”

The sales racks will be packed with festival wear, denim jackets, men’s shirts, fleece, sportswear and branded clothing such as Adidas and The North Face, plus more.

Prices range from £2 to about £25 and entry is free.

A Vintage Folk statement says: “Super excited! We have lots of new stock available, crazy track jackets and some great knitwear!”

There are car parks dotted around the university campus, with bus stops and Salford Crescent train station within a five to ten minute walk of the Student Union.

The Student Union said: “We are super excited about the sale. It’s always an exciting day when the guys from vintage folk come down”.
