The family of a woman who died in Salford have paid tribute to her as an amazing mother who will be greatly missed.
Regan Tierney was found dead at her home in Walkden in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The family of Regan have paid tribute to her, along with expressing their wish fro privacy at what is a very difficult time.
“She was a loving mum who loved family life, she will be greatly missed by her two children and family.
“Regan was taken from our lives too soon. She was a beautiful daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, and an amazing mother. We will forever cherish the memories.
“At this time we respectfully ask for some privacy whilst we grieve the loss of our loved one.”
A man in his 30s was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
A murder investigation has been launched and enquiries are ongoing.
