The day will consist of yoga, a plant- based lunch, and finishing with a Raw Bake workshop, as self- care is ‘vital’.

The day, running from 10:30am until 2:30pm, February 9, will consist of a yoga class, then lunch provided by FoodWell, followed by the worksop, and finishing with a goody bag full of products to take home.

Evie, 25, the founder and director of The Raw Bake Station, says: “Self-care is vital to ensure you maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and stay in tune with your body and mind.

We have a yoga class starting in the morning, followed by a delicious vegetarian or vegan lunch and then a raw workshop with me! Those attending can expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and energised.”

She describes the wellness event as ‘a full day of kindness for the soul’, and hosts regular workshops both in Manchester and London, teaching raw baking classes of how to make some of her favourite raw and vegan desserts.

As The Raw Bake Station is based in Manchester, they wanted to keep the venue local, so the event will be held in the ‘gorgeous’ FoodWell on Stanley Street, Salford.

Evie said: “Self- care is taking time out for number one and understanding that it is absolutely normal to put your needs in front of others sometimes.

You are as important as others.”

It is a plant-based menu because the day is all about self-love and spreading kindness with one another, and the world, so it is important that it reflects in the refreshments provided.

The bake will consist of making raw/vegan and free from peanut butter cookies with chia jam centers and raw chocolate drizzles.

Evie said: “Not enough people partake in self care, and you will walk away with goody bags, exclusive recipe cards and new friends!”

It is a ticketed event, but there are still spaces left. Tickets are still on sale here :  https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/self-love-yoga-brunch-raw-baking-workshop-tickets-83637557185?ref=estw
