Salford Red Devils and Salford Red Devils Foundation have announced the sale of their tee for hope, in support of Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust.
All profits made from the sales of the T-shirt will go directly towards Salford Royal.
The T-shirt was designed by 13-year-old Erin Ellaby, who won a design a shirt competition set up by Salford Red Devils Foundation.
Erin Ellaby said: “Me and my family are big Salford fans and we have several family connections to Salford Royal.
“I thought the NHS’ work should be recognised by the public.”
The 13-year-old added: “I chose the rainbow colours, because almost globally, it’s been used as a sign of happiness and hope.”
This isn’t the first time Salford have raised money for the National Health Service.
Last year, the Red Devils wore a NHS themed shirt for Super League’s Dacia Magic Weekend.
Money raised from the sales of the shirts went towards the purchasing of heart monitors for stroke patients at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, with £5 donated every time a shirt was bought.

Speaking on the unveiling of Salford’s tee for hope, Salford Red Devils Foundation director Neil Blackburn said: “Salford Red Devils Foundation and our partners are working really hard in these trying times to make sure we continue to make a difference in our local community.
“After the success of our design an NHS shirt competition, we thought this was the best way to show our appreciation for all the key workers in the health service, especially those at Salford Royal.”
