Salford is on 942 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of TWO.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 942, an increase of TWO

BURY: 774, an increase of NONE

BOLTON: 1,032, an increase of FOUR

ROCHDALE: 822, an increase of SEVEN

OLDHAM: 1,095, an increase of THREE

TAMESIDE: 761, an increase of TEN

STOCKPORT: 1,054, a decrease of ONE

MANCHESTER: 1,612, an increase of FIVE

TRAFFORD: 837, a decrease of TWO

WIGAN: 1,213, an increase of ONE
