Salford is on 1,417 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of TWELVE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,417, an increase of TWELVE

BURY: 1,322, an increase of EIGHT

BOLTON: 1,945, an increase of THREE

ROCHDALE: 1,819, an increase of SEVEN

OLDHAM: 2,022, an increase of TWENTY NINE

TAMESIDE: 1,578, an increase of TWELVE

STOCKPORT: 1,692, a decrease of NINE

MANCHESTER: 3,135, an increase of TWENTY TWO

TRAFFORD: 1,361, an increase of TWELVE

WIGAN: 2,167, an increase of FOUR
