A local Greek food truck based in Worsley is looking to expand after popularity with locals.

Thatziki Greek truck has taken to social media in the past week to ask the public to help them find a premises for their blossoming business.
The best selling Greek cuisine is located in Worsley, on The Moorings bridge and serves the public Thursday to Sunday evenings.
A post on Facebook by ‘Proper Manchester’ explained that the truck is run by : “brothers Jack and Luke who quite their daytime jobs” to set up the business at the end of 2021.
The boys seem to publicize their business through a very attractive Instagram page, full of up to date images of their fresh food, as well as using the account to promote the business : “Availaible for cooperate and private events.”

After overwhelming support from everyone the boys are now using Instagram to help find a unit that they can use to expand their business, they joked with their 3,517 followers: “Dont worry though we will still be keeping the van.”
Ellie Lee has been trying different foods from the van since it opened and has nothing but positive things to say: “I frequently go for food and drinks at The Moorings with my family and i also walk my dog down the canal, and that is how i came across the lovely little van.”
Ellie explained that there is a large interest in the food due to its contrast to other takeaways in the local area.”Thatziki serves very fresh food that is different from all the other takeaways where i live.” “I have recommended it to all my friends and family , i cant stop going back for more.”
Thatziki has recieved a five star hygiene rating from the food standards agency, that promises the best quality gyros you can imagine from a very clean kitchen.
