Stone-throwing vandals have smashed the windows of two Salford buses.
Police are investigating the damage caused to the buses as they drove past the junction of Broad Street and Pendleton Way.
The incidents occurred on Friday July 4 at around 9.10pm and Saturday July 5 at around 10.40pm.
Stones thrown at a bus on Friday smashed the driver’s window.
Salford police are looking to identify the group of teenagers involved, described as around 14-15 years old, white, wearing grey and black tracksuits.
One is believed to be shorter than the rest and another was wearing a beanie hat.
In the second incident the middle window of a bus was shattered.
Salford police want to speak to a white man wearing a backpack, who was seen in the area at the time and may have further information.
Police are asking anyone who was in the area or on the bus and captured any footage on a mobile, dashcam, or doorbell camera to contact them on 101 quoting log 3566 of 04/07/2025 or 3707 of 05/07/2025.
