Hundreds of Manchester United fans attended a service at Old Trafford to mark the 62nd anniversary of the Munich Air Disaster.
Salford-born Eddie Colman and Geoff Bent were two of the players who were being honoured.
Supporters gathered underneath the Munich plaque, to pay their respects to the 23 people who lost their life in the tragic crash.
The service started with the song The Flowers of Manchester, followed by poems honouring those who died.

Jimmy Murphy Jnr, the son of ex-Manchester United assistant manager, shared memories of his father and the other Busby Babes.
After the names of the 23 people who died were read out, a two minute silence was held at 3:04, the exact time that the plane crashed in February 1958.
This service is held every year, a fan said: “This is part of Man United’s history and I go everywhere with United, I wasn’t alive when it happened, but this disaster was bred into me.”
The service was ended with the fans chanting: “We’re Man United we’ll never die”.
Another fan, who also attended the 60th anniversary service in Munich said: “I come here every year to pay my respects to what was, and what always will be, the finest Manchester United football team ever.
“No one will ever match the Babes.
“This event scared me for life, but we will never die, and as long as I’m alive they’ll be alive.”
