Salford is on 1,386 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of NINE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,386, an increase of NINE

BURY: 1,308, an increase of FOUR

BOLTON: 1,922, an increase of SEVEN

ROCHDALE: 1,775, an increase of TWELVE

OLDHAM: 1,939, an increase of NINE

TAMESIDE: 1,552, an increase of FIVE

STOCKPORT: 1,667, an increase of FOUR

MANCHESTER: 3,059, an increase of TWELVE

TRAFFORD: 1,302, an increase of ELEVEN

WIGAN: 2,150, an increase of TWO
