ALTHOUGH Manchester hosts the award winning Christmas markets the city offers up a platter full of alternatives for the festive goer through the wintery season.

Celebrating adventure and experiment the OddBod market lays on the little big Christmas happening for all gift collectors. Located at the Common in Manchester, this phantasmagorical art market will showcase original artwork including prints, comics, ceramics, zines, textiles and jewellery for all to embrace.

To add, Oddbod will host themed pop up shops across Manchester and Salford offering unique and one off items, Provide DJ embellishment from John Powell Jones and Iwan Roberts and provide a ‘colouring club’ every Wednesday for illustrating and colouring and hanging out.

The Common Will be hosting a Christmas set menu and beverages over the festive period.

The centre will offer up a cutting edge exhibition of contemporary glass that pushes and defies the expectations of the fascinating material to its limits.

With less than six weeks to Christmas the Comedy Club located down on Deansgate, Manchester, is hosting a packed schedule of comedy accompanied by food and drink. Not only will there be comedy but following the performances you can indulge in some late night dancing or just chill in their lower bar.
