Salford has had 3,115 confirmed cases of Covid-19, an increase of SEVENTY NINE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 3,115, an increase of SEVENTY NINE

BURY: 2,649, an increase of FORTY NINE

BOLTON: 4,791, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND ONE

ROCHDALE: 3,395, an increase of NINETY THREE

OLDHAM: 4,240, an increase of FIFTY EIGHT

TAMESIDE: 3,048, an increase of FIFTY SIX

STOCKPORT: 2,743, an increase of FIFTY

MANCHESTER: 7,663, an increase of FOUR HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN

TRAFFORD: 2,383, an increase of FIFTY NINE

WIGAN: 3,511, an increase of SEVENTY SIX
