Five people have been charged in connection with a firearms discharge in Eccles.
The charges are in connection with an incident during March 2023, where a 16-year-old boy suffered serious injuries after a firearms discharge.
Aiden Broadhurst, 27, of Manchester Road, Salford, and Kyle Meighan, 30, of Chancel Avenue, Ordsall, have both been charged with attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Jaieh Sufyaan, 38, of Pyrus Close, Eccles, Andrew Whiteside, 28, of Bradley Green Road, Hyde, and Philip Broadhurst, 27, of Boddington Road, Eccles, have also all been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
The men were remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Magistrates Court yesterday (Friday 26 May 2023).
