A Salford brewery is set to open up a new location in Media City’s new Central Bay next month.
The new location called 11 Central opens on Friday 17th of November and it will be a night to remember with DJs, magicians, singers and plenty of food and drinks.
Seven Brothers will be serving classic beers and a new cocktail menu, including exclusive beers brewed on site.

This will be Seven Bro7hers fifth location now adding to an expanding company in the Greater Manchester area and even reaching out to Liverpool, where they have one location.
Mike Tansella, general manager for 11 Central told us how he hopes this new location will bring in people from the city,
he says the new venue will benefit them “as a company and for the local area as well, trying to get a bit of drag from the city centre and bring new faces to the area”.

Jordan Coop, area manager for all Seven Brothers, bar told us: “It’s something completely different for us working with the Sisters so that could be a challenge in itself, all the family united, but its something we have been wanting to do for a long time so its good that we are finally together.”
“We’ll be using the sisters spirits to combine in with other spirits and we’ll hopefully have a really good cocktail menu,”
“We think Media City is growing and growing and we think it’s becoming such a great destination now.”
There are 150 free drinks up for grabs on opening night along with other prizes.
