Here are three events taking place in Salford this St Patrick’s Day on Sunday March 17.
St Patrick’s Day Disco – Brierley Community Hub and Cafe
On Friday, to commence the weekend festivities, Brierley Community Hub and Cafe in Little Hulton is offering a meal, raffle and entertainment for the price of £10 a ticket.
The event is fully accessible and welcomes everyone.
Described as a night of dancing and a disco with all your favourite music, the event promises a good start to the weekend.

St Patrick’s Day Weekender- 11 Central
Starting on Saturday March 16, 11 Central is hosting a weekend of celebration for St Patrick’s day.
The Salford Quays bar is offering Irish music, Irish drinks and Irish food.
Guinness is being offered at £5 throughout the weekend and there is live entertainment starting from 6pm Saturday and 1pm on Sunday.
