A café and wine bar has opened a pop-up at Colliers at Cortland Yard hoping to interest residents to both its brunch and evening menus.
Kallos Café & Wine Bar, that focuses on high-quality Greek and Mediterranean food is opening the pop-up to capture the essence of authentic Greek life.
The pop up is open ahead of the restaurant’s official opening at their permanent location, and will be located between Trinity Way and Deansgate and next to Abito – the pop-up will be open to the public from Thursday to Sunday.

The menu includes in-house made pita bread, feta in filo with honey and sesame, flatbreads as well as a range of other traditional dishes.
The café & wine bar is on a journey to capture the essence of authentic Greek life, infusing it into every aspect of their offering.
The restaurant still has official opening date but is owned by hospitality professionals Ioanna Antoniou and Ivan Milchev.
As Ioanna said: “We’re very excited to introduce Kallos, so we’ve launched a pop-up to showcase the menu while the finishing touches are being added to our permanent site.
“The ambition is to give people a flavour of Kallos through a selection of dishes and drinks, and we can’t wait to see what everyone thinks!”
The Greece roots are evident even in their name, as the owners reminded that the name was inspired by the ancient Greek word for beauty.
Residents will be able to check out the pop-up at Cortland Yard at 3 Bankside Blvd.
With more information on the new café and wine bar being found via the Kallos Instagram page, where they are sharing updates on the restaurant.
