Salford has had 1,904 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of FORTY THREE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,904, an increase of FORTY THREE

BURY: 1,637, an increase of SEVENTEEN

BOLTON: 2,563, an increase of SIXTY SIX

ROCHDALE: 2,331, an increase of TWENTY

OLDHAM: 3,007, an increase of NINE

TAMESIDE: 2,005, an increase of TWENTY FOUR

STOCKPORT: 2,014, an increase of TEN

MANCHESTER: 4,460, an increase of FORTY NINE

TRAFFORD : 1,733, an increase of SEVEN

WIGAN: 2,364, an increase of SEVENTEEN
