Salford has had 2,300 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of SIXTY.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 2,300, an increase of SIXTY

BURY: 1,917, an increase of THIRTY FIVE

BOLTON: 3,513, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY

ROCHDALE: 2,656, an increase of FORTY EIGHT

OLDHAM: 3,417, an increase of FORTY FIVE

TAMESIDE: 2,389, an increase of FORTY ONE

STOCKPORT: 2,235, an increase of TWENTY FIVE

MANCHESTER: 5,233, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN

TRAFFORD: 1,906, an increase of TWENTY FIVE

WIGAN: 2,639, an increase of FIFTY TWO
