Salford rapper Jordan McCann is currently at #3 on trending music for the UK on YouTube after dropping a new track, ‘Footsteps On My Shoes’, with Bad Boy Chiller Crew. 

The video was filmed right outside the Tesco on Pendleton Way in Salford precinct and has already amassed almost 800,000 views after only being released on Friday.

Directed by Kevin Hudson, the video was released on the Bad Boy Chiller Crew YouTube channel. The Bradford bassline trio releases the song as their second single of the year.

The video comes as Jordan is announcing his first tour which is set to debut in Leicester on the 25th of June, and another music video ‘Lemon Pepper Freestyle’ soon to be released.

A Defining Year

Jordan has had an impressive few months as an independent artist.

Last September, he featured on Fire in the Booth which has near 8.5 million views. Host Charlie Sloth described it as “one of the most legendary Fire in the Booths ever”.

One week after his appearance on Fire in the Booth, Morrisson released the video for the song ‘Brothers’ featuring Jordan. The video has over 10 million views.

More recently, two months ago Jordan announced he was planning to release his debut album Memoirs of a Psychopath.
