Marc Sneyd was voted as Salford Red Devils player of the month for March.

Across the month, Marc won man of the match awards in four of the five games he played.

This had led him to be on top of the current Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel rankings.

Fighting competition from fellow team mates, Nene Macdonald and Tim Lafai, he picked up consecutive player of the month awards.

The England international has been a driving force behind The Red Devils successful start to the league campaign.

 

Before the game against Castleford Tigers, Sneyd had a perfect record from the kicking tee- scoring in 35 attempts in a row.

Sneyd who made his debut in rugby league for Salford in 2010, must have fans eager for him to extend his contract at the club.

After his awards, Sneyd said: “Thanks again to the fans who voted for me.

“It’s been a good start to the season, but we want to continue improving as a team.”
