Salford Youth Zone is preparing for its opening in June, with its state-of-the-art facilities helping grow confidence and support for young people.
Multimillion pound youth zone along with a list of patron donations and will be open seven days a week offering twenty different activities a night.
The facility will be the centre for inspiring young people around Salford and open various opportunities.
Opportunities will be on offer in and around the building with an abundance of activities for thousands in the community.

The site will be adjacent to Belvedere Road and Broadwalk in Pendleton, and provide opportunities such as health and wellbeing support, outdoor education, and an exciting climbing wall.
The facility will also offer resources to young people, such as the chance to explore music studios, multimedia suites, and a sports hall – with every single room having an intend purpose of supporting the future of the city.
SYZ will be open, 52 weeks of the year for those aged 8-19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs.
And with over 20 activities every night for just 50p, a large number of visitors are expected to attend the Salford Youth Zone.
Adam Farricker, CEO of Empower Youth Zone added: “We are so excited, as we believe this is going to have a massive impact on the city.
“It is really important for us to lower the price because it was a barrier for a lot of young people in the area, because of the increased pressures through the cost-of-living-crisis on families. So, for just 50p, you can stay as long as you want and do as many activities as you want to do.”

He continued: “Everything we are trying to do, is to build skills, social and personal development, communication, confidence and self-esteem so that everyone can grow up to be successful adults.
“There is theory behind everything we do – whether on the climbing wall or doing hair and beauty, there will be skills and lessons that can be applied to these young people.
“Young people will also be involved in the steps we take to improve, and support. It will be their youth zone, so we want to hear from them.”
The facility will also prevent children in the community from being priced out of certain sports, with a new padel court being introduced at the SYZ.
Adam continued: “This will be the sixteenth youth zone to open across the country, and that padel court will be a first. It is a global sport, but there is a risk that something like that will become an elitist sport that.
“But we wanted to give them a chance, as we know there are probably a lot of young and talent players but without the opportunity to play, we would never know, so we want to bring it to them.
“It is very exciting, and to know that all the facilities are going to be helpful. But we are not here to take over the amazing work that has been done by the voluntary sector, we are just here to compliment and offer something different to what they already are providing.”
And with the SYZ set to open in a couple of weeks with already six hundred members already signed up, Adam continued to share the focus of the facility.

He said: “We want to support young people through difficult moments through their life, as without it you can become quite vulnerable without the confidence. We want people to grow up loving themselves.
“And working with the young people here alongside the patrons, from an entrepreneurial perspective, it will boost the confidence of people in the community to discover an industry that they might want to get into.
“It will be great opportunity for all those involved. We want to give them the best because not only from a social stance, but for their futures.
“You don’t want you don’t know, so we want to help them discover these chances.”
