A man from Salford has been charged in connection with a suspected stabbing in Manchester City Centre that “seriously injured” another man.
The victim sustained significant injuries following an alleged knife attack on Portland Street on Wednesday 17 June, Greater Manchester Police said.
Ramsyn Alnour Eissa, of Bury New Road in Salford, has since been charged with two counts of section 18 assault, two counts of possession of a bladed article and one count of affray.
The 35-year-old has been remanded in custody ahead of a scheduled appearance at Manchester Crown Court on Tuesday, 4 August.
