A Salford business has expanded its operations after reporting a “triple-digit figure” revenue increase in 2025, with its CEO saying they are always on the lookout for top talent from the city.
Sales recruitment and training specialist Furza, headquartered at the New Bailey in Salford, has expanded with two new divisions.
One is focused on recruiting professionals into rapidly growing companies and the other provides specialist training for businesses’ sales teams.
As the firm continues to grow, Furza CEO Mark Rothwell told Salford Now that the company are always keen to bring in expertise from the city.
He said: “We are always looking to add headcount and bring in top talent from within the area, even if we don’t have a live vacancy; if the right candidate presents themself, we will create a role.
“At the core of our growth is having great people in the business.”
The move to expand the business comes after the company recorded a triple-digit revenue increase in 2025 and alongside the appointment of a new business development director, Emily Bates.
She will oversee two new divisions, Furza Talent and Furza Enable.
Emily said: “Our new specialist divisions are a natural progression for Furza and I’m extremely excited about these new ventures.
“The business has grown rapidly over the past couple of years. With Furza Talent and Furza Enable, we now operate as a full-service, go-to-market recruitment and training partner, working across the whole commercial function.
“Our clients have told us they want to work with experts who know the market, can identify successful talent and reduce time to hire.
“We have spent years building high-performing SDR functions for fast-growing tech firms, and we will bring that same rigour and commercial insight to these new divisions.”
Furza chief executive Mark Rothwell said: “The launch of these new divisions, together with Emily’s appointment, will enhance our ability to support companies to build, scale further and strengthen their go-to-market capability.
“Emily brings extensive sector knowledge and experience from her previous roles and has a strong track record in sales and business development in the recruitment and professional services sectors.
“She has built her career working with technology businesses and PE-backed, high-growth organisations, consistently delivering revenue gains and forging long-term client partnerships built on trust and results.
“She has a strategic mindset and takes a hands-on approach, combining commercial acumen with a genuine flair for relationship building and a natural ability to understand what clients need and translate that into tailored solutions that deliver real value.
“Her energy, drive and people-first approach make her an ideal fit for Furza and a fantastic addition to the team as we enter the next phase of our journey.”
