Salford has had 1,706 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of THIRTEEN.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,706, an increase of THIRTEEN

BURY: 1,506, an increase of TEN

BOLTON: 2,194, an increase of TWO

ROCHDALE: 2,142, an increase of THIRTEEN

OLDHAM: 2,719, an increase of TWELVE

TAMESIDE: 1,820, an increase of ELEVEN

STOCKPORT: 1,937, an increase of FOUR

MANCHESTER: 3,968, an increase of FORTY ONE

TRAFFORD : 1,589, an increase of EIGHT

WIGAN: 2,270, an increase of SIX
