A delivery driver from Eccles who went missing last month was found dead in Worsley Woods, an inquest heard.
Johnny Itute Tama, 38, from Eccles was found unresponsive on December 22nd after being reported missing by his family.
The appeal for Mr. Tama’s welfare led to a public appeal and police search, police coroner’s officer Rachel O’Driscoll told Bolton Coroners’ Court, yesterday (Thursday 12 January).
Following a post mortem, pathologist Dr Usha Chandran recorded the provisional cause of Mr Tama’s death as ‘hanging’.
The inquest was adjourned until May 25. It will be held at Bolton Coroners’ Court at 2pm.
