An awards ceremony recognising the work of volunteers and community groups in Salford is now accepting applications.
The Heart of Salford Awards, ran by Salford CVS and Volunteer Centre, is an annual ceremony recognising the work of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in Salford.
This year’s categories include Volunteer of the year, Young volunteer of the year (under 25), Volunteering team of the year, Community group of the year, and Organisation of the year.
Nominees can be submitted online, before being shortlisted by an independent panel. Attendees at the upcoming ceremony will vote for winners one each category.
All shortlisted nominees will receive a certificate.
