The Kersal Dale woodland area in Salford has been cordoned off by police this morning.
People are currently being prevented from entering the woodlands on all sides.
A forensic tent has also been put in place in an area of woodland.

The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed.
Salford Now has contacted the police for further details.
