A man has been hit by a vehicle in Piccadilly Gardens.
The ambulance service was called to the scene just before 10am this morning.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service commented that a pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle, but it has not been confirmed if it was a bus.
Piccadilly gardens has now reopened however Stagecoach GM are still reporting of delays on routes through the city centre.
Piccadilly Gardens has re-opened, City Centre services are now back to operating normal routes.

34 Svc. Current delays on the route heading in both directions but mainly towards Leigh averaging 20 minutes, this is due to the earlier closure of Piccadilly Gardens where services were stuck.
