Cruise 1st: Salford based company on the list of the fastest growing companies in the North West

Two Salford companies, Cruise 1st and Clubhouse Golf,  made it on the list of the fastest growing companies in the North West.

The Manchester Evening News supported a list created by the law firm, Ward Hadaway. It was titled Greater Manchester Ward Hadaway Fastest 50 for 2018 and features two Salford companies.

Cruise 1st is a cruise company who supply cruise holidays to the public and Clubhouse Golf is a premier golf retailer. Cruise 1st is situated in the heart of Salford’s MediaCityUK in the Lowry Outlet shopping centre.

Dale Sourbutts, the head of the call centres at 1st Cruises said about receiving a mention on the list: “Being recognised for it was very exciting, hopefully more to come!”

Quays News spoke to Dale Sourbutts at Cruise 1st about the company:

Established in 1999, Cruise 1st has continued to provide high quality cruise holidays to their customers since then.

Originally opened in Birmingham, they then moved to Manchester and then set up their retail store in December 2017. They are situated on the top floor of The Lowry shopping centre in MediaCtiyUK.

The company pride themselves in providing excellent customer service and experience with their store having multiple interactive touchscreen displays.

Dale Sourbutts, the head of the call centres at 1st Cruises said: “Customers for us are for life and not just for one sale, as a business we want to make sure that people are enjoying the service that we give and the cruises that they go on.”

Customers can use the touchscreens to take virtual tours of the many cruise ships they have on offer. They can find out about every detail of specific cruise trips.

The store also  provides a unique Virtual Reality tour of  many of the cruises. Customers can wear the VR headsets and immerse themselves in the cruise ship atmosphere.
