Salford is on 962 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of TWO.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 962, an increase of TWO

BURY: 795, an increase of NONE

BOLTON: 1,040, an increase of ONE

ROCHDALE: 850, an increase of FOUR

OLDHAM: 1,126, an increase of FIVE

TAMESIDE: 811, an increase of TWELVE

STOCKPORT: 1,064, an increase of NONE

MANCHESTER: 1,659, an increase of ELEVEN

TRAFFORD: 857, an increase of SEVEN

WIGAN: 1,226, an increase of NONE
