Salford is on 1,313 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of FIVE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,313, an increase of FIVE

BURY: 1,277, an increase of TWO

BOLTON: 1,817, an increase of TWELVE

ROCHDALE: 1,583, an increase of TWENTY TWO

OLDHAM: 1,845, an increase of EIGHT

TAMESIDE: 1,516, an increase of FOUR

STOCKPORT: 1,626, an increase of ONE

MANCHESTER: 2,895, an increase of ELEVEN

TRAFFORD: 1,246, an increase of ONE

WIGAN: 2,116, an increase of TWO
