Salford is on 1,344 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of SIX.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,344, an increase of SIX

BURY: 1,284, an increase of NONE

BOLTON: 1,860, an increase of EIGHT

ROCHDALE: 1,638, an increase of FOURTEEN

OLDHAM: 1,880, an increase of SEVEN

TAMESIDE: 1,531, an increase of TWO

STOCKPORT: 1,636, a decrease of TWO

MANCHESTER: 2,947, an increase of NINE

TRAFFORD: 1,260, an increase of THREE

WIGAN: 2,135, an increase of THREE
