Salford has had 1,667 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of THIRTEEN.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,667, an increase of THIRTEEN

BURY: 1,480, an increase of ELEVEN

BOLTON: 2,172, an increase of FIVE

ROCHDALE: 2,089, an increase of FIFTEEN

OLDHAM: 2,660, an increase of THIRTY FOUR

TAMESIDE: 1,797, an increase of EIGHT

STOCKPORT: 1,923, an increase of EIGHT

MANCHESTER: 3,856, an increase of FORTY SEVEN

TRAFFORD : 1,572, an increase of SEVEN

WIGAN: 2,254, an increase of SIX
