From 10:00 am – 11:30 am beginning May 13th, the sessions will be running every Monday morning.
With the opportunity of being surrounded by some of Salford’s Museum and Art Galleries finest collections, this hour and a half long yoga class is described by organiser’s as the perfect chance to cleanse your mind and prepare for the week ahead.
The sessions will be held in the Victorian Gallery and those who take part can also unwind after yoga in the cafe, which is located on the ground floor.
Expert instructor Lynn Boardman will be on hand to guide all levels of experience over the age of 16 through the practice of yoga, from very beginners to those who consider themselves as ‘yogi’.
Theses serenity sessions will be held every Monday for £6 a class.
There is also an option to pay £30 for a block of 6 sessions.
The Museum has said that mats and blocks are included, but they still advise visitors to bring their own.
