Police have launched an appeal to help trace a man with links to Salford who failed to appear in court.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) say Scott Smith is wanted after he failed to attend a scheduled court hearing.
The 46-year-old is thought to have connections to the Eccles, Worsley and Little Hulton areas of Salford.
Police have taken to social media to urge anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts to get in touch.
GMP asked anyone with any information to contact them by calling 0161 856 5445 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: We are appealing for the public’s help to find Scott Smith (12/09/1979), who is wanted for failing to appear at court.
“He has links to the Eccles, Worsley, Little Hulton, Gorton, and Old Trafford areas of Greater Manchester.”
Officers have released an image of Smith, which they hope will encourage anyone who may recognise him to come forward with information.
