One of the nation’s favourite Napoletana pizza restaurants is going to open inside a former furnishing store in a Salford village on Monday November 9.
Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana now stands on the former Bennetts Furnishers store located on 237-239 Monton Road, Eccles, M30 9PS.
Bennetts Furnishers was a family-ran business and it closed down in December 2022. The building will soon welcome customers again after sitting vacant for nearly four years.
Rudy’s pizzeria opened in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015 and it’s now about to open its first ever Salford restaurant.
Locals can look forward to Italian pizza, fair prices and a warm welcome just a few miles from where the food business all began.
The pizza is made by traditional methods along with the best Italian ingredients and dough made fresh every day.
There are also many vegan and vegetarian options to choose from, still made with the same quality ingredients as the rest of the menu.
Rudy’s Monton will be accessible by public transport. Eccles Metrolink is about a 15-minute walk, with Eccles train station close by as well as local bus services stopping on Monton Road.
The nearest parking located on Partington Street car park just off Monton Road. It’s a pay and display 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday and free in the evenings and on Sundays.
After its opening, you can grab a bite to eat Monday to Sunday between 11:45 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays, 11:45 am to 10:30 pm Friday and Saturday, and 11:45 am to 9:30 pm on Sunday.
